Deloitte: Workforce and Construction Costs, Top Concerns for Central Europe Real Estate Developers

Workforce availability and cost represent the biggest worry for Central Europe real estate developers in 2025 (26%), before aspects related to project funding, which have been top among concerns in recent years, and next come construction costs (20%) and costs related to the acquisition of land plots for future developments (18%), reveals Deloitte Real Estate Confidence Survey for Central Europe 2025 conducted in several countries of the region, including Romania.
