Ernst&Young: Romanian M&A Market Down 24% To $578M In January-June

The Romanian mergers and acquisitions market totaled $578 million in the first six months of 2014, down 24% from $756 million in January-June 2013, with 61 deals, compared with 75 in the first half of last year, according to EY M&A Barometer Romania.
