African Industries Group (AIG), with investments in Europe, the Middle East and West Africa, will acquire Dutch-based company Thames Farming Enterprises, the owner of farms Agricom Borcea, Tudor 92, Concordia Agro and Alisa Farm Management located in Calarasi County.
