Risk premiums in the region have jumped again, local financial markets have contracted and a wave of catastrophic predictions about euro zone banks cutting their financing shook Central and Eastern Europe on Tuesday, with analysts rushing to calculate how many hundreds of billions of euros the large European banks will repatriate.
