ASF Rejects File Submitted By IIC For Carpatica Asig Takeover

Romania’s Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) on Thursday said the file submitted by International Insurance Consortium (IIC Group) for the takeover of Romanian insurance company Carpatica Asig does not meet several conditions stipulated by the law and decided to reject the offer.
