Astra Asigurari Replaces Executive Chairman

Romanian insurer Astra Asigurari Wednesday said it named Iulius Alin Bucsa, the former head of Euroins Romania, as executive chairman of the company’s Board of Directors, replacing Alexander Adamescu.
