Banca Transilvania Director Buys 100,000 Shares For EUR46,000

Bucur Ioan Calin, Risk Management Executive Director at Romanian lender Banca Transilvania (TLV.RO), acquired, on June 30, a stake of 100,000 shares of Banca Transilvania for which it paid RON208,500 (EUR46,000).
