Banca Transilvania: Negotiations On Bancpost Acquisition Expected To Be Completed In October

Romanian lender Banca Transilvania on Friday said talks regarding the acquisition of Bancpost continue and are expected to be completed at the end of October, according to a press statement sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Friday.
