Banks Reluctant To Make Loans Cheaper

The average interest on corporate loans in lei rose slightly in August to 8.7%, while the average deposit interest fell by almost 0.7% to 3.4% a year, reveal central bank data. The corporate segment margin went up more than 0.75% to 5.4%.
