Bucharest Court Of Appeals Rejects City Insurance Appeal Against Recovery Procedure

Bucharest Court of Appeals has rejected the appeal filed by insurance company City Insurance, owned by businessman Dan Odobescu, against the decision of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) on the start of the financial recovery procedure.
