Carpatica Asig Financial Recovery Requires Maximum EUR20M Funds Injection

The financial recovery plan of insurer Carpatica Asig, targeting the return to profitability, requires funds injection of maximum EUR20 million, that will be covered via the share capital increase and the drawing of a subordinated loan, market sources told Mediafax.
