Certinvest Mulls Buying Axa Asigurari

Certinvest, the largest independent mutual fund manager in Romania, wants to buy AXA Asigurari, the local subsidiary of French giant AXA, according to market sources, after the deal for latter’s takeover by Astra Asigurari failed due to Astra’s problems.
