The cross-border merger by absorption of Credit Europe Bank Romania S.A. into Dutch parent company Credit Europe Bank N. V. was initiated and, after the merger, the former will continue its activities in Romania as a branch office of the latter, as per data provided on June 10 by the representatives of the institution.
