EBRD Falls Below 5% Holding In Bucharest Stock Exchange

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on Thursday informed investors that, on October 8, 2020, it was notified that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has fallen below the threshold of 5%, owning at present 4.997% of the share capital of BVB.
