EBRD No Longer Funding EUR276M Power Plant Project Of Alro’s Owner

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has cancelled plans to provide EUR207 million funding for a EUR276 million power plant the Russian owner of aluminum smelter Alro (ALR.RO), Vimetco, wanted to build in Tulcea (SE Romania).
