EBRD To Buy 13% in Agricover Holding for EUR7M

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Agricover Holding SA signed an agreement Friday in which the bank confirms its intention to become a shareholder in the company and invest RON32 million (EUR7 million) in a 13% stake.
