Euroins Buys General Insurance Portfolio Of ATE Insurance In Romania

Insurer Euroins Romania, undergoing financial recovery, said it acquired the non-life insurance portfolio held by Greek group ATE Insurance in Romania. The acquisition contract was signed on January 19 and the transaction is subject to approval by competent authorities.
