Fitch Upgrades Banca Transilvania, Affirms 3 Other Romanian Banks

Fitch Ratings has upgraded the rating of Romanian lender Banca Transilvania (TLV.RO) to 'BB' from 'BB-', while affirming the ratings of UniCredit Tiriac Bank, ProCredit Bank Romania and Garanti Bank, the agency said in a statement Thursday.
