Fortis Lease Romania Reduces Share Capital By RON23.4M To Cover 2011 Loss

Fortis Lease Romania IFN, member of BNP Paribas group, reduced its share capital by 23.4 million lei (EUR5.3 million), to RON2.58 million, to cover losses registered at the end of 2011, according to a decision approved by shareholders in December last year.
