Generali Romania 1Q Underwritten Premiums Up 6% To RON138.3M

Insurer Generali Romania underwrote gross premiums of 138.3 million lei (EUR31.1 million) in the first quarter of the year, up 6% from January-March 2011, of which RON114.6 million for general insurance, the company said in a press release Monday.
