Generali Romania To Hike Share Capital By RON46M

Insurer Generali Romania will discuss in a stockholder meeting October 12 a share capital increase by 46.01 million lei (EUR10.2 million), to RON179.1 million, in order to transform into shares a debt to its major stockholder, Dutch-based Generali PPF Holding BV.
