High Car Insurance Claims Drive Omniasig To EUR41M Loss

Omniasig, a company controlled by Vienna Insurance Group (VIG), posted a loss of 181 million lei (EUR41 million) last year because of the surge in car policy claims. 2011 was the first year in the red for Omniasig in the past decade.
