ING: Over One Third Of Romanians Would Go Completely Cash-Free, Above European Average

One in three Europeans (34%) would go completely cash-free, while 38% of Romanians would do the same if given the option, according to ING International Survey - Mobile Banking 2017 Cashless Society.
