ING Survey: Half of Romanians Took Debt Out of Need in Recent Months

In the face of the uncertainty imposed by coronavirus, awareness of discretionary debt has slightly increased, yet on average, a third do not recognize delayed payment options as debt, according to an ING survey on the debt management behaviors and attitudes of people in 13 countries across Europe.
