Isarescu: CFR Marfa Privatization, An Attempt To Escape Vicious Circle

Romanian central bank governor Mugur Isarescu said Monday the privatization of state companies that have monopoly or quasi-monopoly, such as railway freight carrier CFR Marfa, is a way out of a vicious circle but shouldn’t be sold for privatization’s sake.
