Mandatory Home Insurance Suspended In Court

The Bucharest Court of Appeals has suspended, at the request of Astra, the enforcement of an order issued in August by the Insurance Supervisory Commission (CSA) forcing home owners to buy a mandatory policy even when they have a voluntary insurance contract.
