NBG Expects to Get EUR314M for Banca Romaneasca from EximBank, No Decision from Finance Minister Yet

The sale of Banca Romaneasca, which its owner, National Bank of Greece (NBG) has been trying to complete for more than three years is not over yet, as Romania’s finance minister Florin Citu has postponed a decision on the takeover of this lender by state-run EximBank.
