NN Asigurari Boosts Share Capital By RON6.5M To Over RON120M

NN Asigurari, the largest life insurance company on Romanian market, part of Dutch NN Group, has increased its share capital by RON6.5 million, to RON120.5 million. The transaction has already been approved by Romania’s Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF).
