Romania Raises Caps For Directly Awarded Public Contracts As Of July

Romania has doubled the threshold on public services and product contracts awarded directly from EUR15,000 to EUR30,000 and raised the threshold on public works contracts awarded directly from EUR15,000 to EUR100,000, effective as of July 2013.
