Romania To Double Threshold On Direct-Award Public Procurement Contracts In 2013

Romania’ Government will double to EUR30,000 the threshold on public service, works and product contracts awarded directly, without public procurement auctions, in January 2013, Dan Vladescu, head of procurement authority ANRMAP, said Thursday.
