Romanian Insurers Exempt From Contributing To Road Accident Victim Fund In 2012

Romanian companies that issue mandatory car insurance policies (RCA) will not contribute this year to the fund protecting road accident victims, as the fund has enough resources to cover possible damages, according to a decision approved by insurance regulator CSA.
