Romanian Lender BRD Nearly Doubles Profit in Jan-Sept to RON1.04B

BRD Groupe Societe Generale (BRD.RO), Romania's third largest bank by assets, on Friday reported a profit of RON1.043 billion for the January-September period, nearly double compared with RON586.3 million in the same period last year.
