Romgaz Seeks To Borrow EUR150M From Banca Transilvania And EUR100M From UniCredit

Natural gas producer and supplier Romgaz (SNG.RO) is calling its shareholders for a meeting on July 1, 2024 to approve, among others, two loans under the form of credit lines, one from Banca Transilvania, in the amount of EUR150 million, and one from UniCredit, in the amount of EUR100 million.
