Spain’s BBVA Seeks to Sell Garanti Bank Romania

Spain’s banking group BBVA has put up Garanti Bank Romania up for sale, a bank it owns by being the majority shareholder of Garanti Bank Turkey and has kept the process supervised by the BBVA investment arm rather discreet, inviting several investors.
