TMK Artrom Slatina Plans To Borrow EUR60M From Unicredit, BCR

Romanian steel pipe maker TMK Artrom Slatina (ART.RO), part of Russian steel group TMK, Friday said it plans to take out loans worth a total EUR60 million from UniCredit Tiriac Bank and Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR), to use as working capital and refinance several loans.
