UniCredit Bank Romania Shareholders Approve Merger With Alpha Bank Romania, RON135M Capital Increase

UniCredit Bank Romania, held by the Italian group by the same name, called the shareholders for an extraordinary general meeting on March 24, to approve the merger project, i.e. is the merger by absorption between UniCredit Bank and Alpha Bank Romania, whereby the former absorbed the latter.
