UniCredit Bank Seeks To Raise Share Capital By RON76M

UniCredit Bank, the fifth largest bank in Romania by assets, plans to increase its share capital by RON76 million at the most, by cash inflow, up to RON455 million, and the measure is to be discussed by shareholders on January 29.
