UniCredit Tiriac Bank Completes Takeover Of RBS Romania Corporate Client Portfolio

UniCredit Tiriac Bank has completed the takeover of RBS Romania's corporate client portfolio, which consists of more than 500 medium and large companies, assets of around EUR260 million and deposits of EUR315 million, the bank said in a statement Tuesday.
