VIG Group's Underwritings Grow 10% YoY To EUR14B In 2023

Austrian-held insurer Vienna Insurance Group (VIG), which owns Omniasig, Asirom and BCR Asigurari de Viata in Romania, reported gross written premiums of EUR13.8 billion for 2023, higher by 10% than in 2022, while profit before taxes grew by 32% to nearly EUR773 million.
