VISA: State Could Raise Revenue By 28% If 30% Of Taxes Were Paid By Card

A 30% card payment rate for taxes could lift state tax collection revenue by 28% and lower tax collection costs by 12%, said Friday Catalin Cretu, VISA manager for Romania and Croatia.
