Aerostar Approves Distribution Of RON32M Of Its 2023 Profit As Dividends

Shareholders of Aerostar Bacau (stock symbol ARS), a supplier of aerostructures, components, assemblies for hydraulic systems for global manufacturing programs, decided in the April 18 meeting to distribute RON32 million of the RON93 million net profit of 2023 as dividends.
