Autonom Services Raises EUR48M Via Private Placement of Bonds

Integrated mobility services provider Autonom Services announced on the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Thursday evening that it had successfully closed the private placement of the first tranche of bonds issued in line with the prospectus approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority on November 10, 2021.
