BCR-Intercapital-Swiss Capital Consortium Files Single Bid For Transelectrica SPO

A consortium made of investment companies BCR, Intercapital Invest and Swiss Capital Thursday has submitted the only offer on file to broker the sale of a 15% stake in Romanian state-run power grid operator Transelectrica (TEL.RO).
