BRD to Distribute RON1.7B as Extraordinary Dividends

France’s Société Générale, which owns 60.2% of lender, BRD, voted on Thursday to approve RON1.7 billion in dividends from 2019 and 2020 retained profits, or RON2.4164 per share, as an extraordinary payment, according to the shareholders' decision published on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
