Bucharest Bourse Opens Up, SIF Muntenia Drops 7%

The Bucharest stock exchange opened on a positive note Thursday, supported by strong increases of Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO) and Transgaz (TGN.RO) after shareholders approved solid dividend payments, while SIF Muntenia (SIF4.RO) traded down 7% in the ex-dividend date.
