Bucharest Bourse Slightly Up; Fondul Proprietatea Jumps To New Record High

The Bucharest stock exchange rose slightly Monday and the shares of investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO) hit a new record high and moved close to a psychological threshold of 0.7 lei (EUR0.158) a share.
