Chimcomplex Seeks To Borrow EUR60M

Chimcomplex (CRC.RO), the largest chemical producer in Romania, with two sites - in Onesti and Ramnicu Valcea, has called shareholders to approve among others an up to EUR60 million loan from any sources, banking and non-banking, and the sale of non-core assets up to EUR20 million, it said in a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
