CNVM Proposes Law Draft On Rasdaq Restructuring

Romania's Securities Commission, or CNVM, will send the Finance Ministry a law draft proposal on the restructuring of Rasdaq market, stating that companies’s stockholders trading on Rasdaq are entitled to choose the market or the alternative system they are going to move on.
