Concefa Sibiu To Hike Share Capital By RON6.1M, To RON63M

Romanian construction company Concefa Sibiu (COFI.RO) on Friday said it will increase its share capital by 6.1 million lei (EUR1.41 million), to RON63 million, since shareholders subscribed less than half of the shares issued for this operation.
