Doraly Owner Becomes Largest Shareholder Of SIF Muntenia, Calls Management To Account

Gheorghe Iaciu, known as the owner of the Doraly shopping complex (he actually owns 50% and a fund of UK’s HSBC the other 50%) near Bucharest, has nearly become the largest shareholder of regional investment fund SIF Muntenia (SIF4.RO) and is now calling the management to account for how it runs one of the richest financial companies, with 1.26 billion lei (EUR288 million) in assets.
